My name is Amby. I'm a digital and traditional artist — characters, concept art, and commission work for people who already know exactly who they want drawn.
Most pieces start as a scribble in a sketchbook and end up in Procreate or Photoshop, though I came up through Krita and Paint Tool SAI and still reach for them when a piece wants to feel rougher. The flat, high-contrast character work is where I'm most myself: heavy line, two or three colours doing all the heavy lifting, everything else stripped out.
Away from the tablet there's acrylic on stretched canvas — mostly skies, auroras, cold water, ridgelines. It's slower and less forgiving and that's the point. October means ink: brush pen and a white pencil, one page a day, no undo.
